This ski-in ski-out community offers ski access to Park City Mountain's Silver Star chairlift. This ski village pays homage to Park City's silver mining days, combining historic buildings with modern architecture for an ideal ski-in ski-out atmosphere complete with an outdoor plaza, the Silver Star Ski & Sport rental shop, Silver Star Café, lift ticket window and heated outdoor pool. A complimentary shuttle service is offered in the winter as well as the Park City's free bus service stop on Three Kings Drive. Across from the property is the Park City Golf Course which in the winter is converted to a cross country ski course. In the summer months, the snow clears giving way to the Armstrong, Spiro & Dawn trails for amazing hiking & biking. The Spiro Trail is ranked #3 for best hikes in Park City.
The 3-bedroom, 1,944 square foot Park City condo features a gourmet kitchen, en-suite baths, WiFi and Satellite & Apple TV. It is a corner unit that sits directly next to a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and a fitness center. Perfect for families with kids. One can literally step out onto the balcony and call the kids in for dinner. Out the front door is a gas fire pit for nightly smores and wine. The condo also has its own private hot tub on the 1st floor.
